iPhone 5 Vs. Samsung Galaxy S3 | Genius Brain

The new iPhone 5 has come into rivalry in the smartphone Universe. Once again rumors win, and its announcement conforms much to the rumors. It’s certainly an improvement on the iPhone 4S and will be selling well, but it lacks the knockout, gasp-inducing features that Apple followers expect and other opponents fear. In a word, Samsung Galaxy S3 will still survive together with iPhone 5, and Apple leaves time and room for Nokia and Samsung for the future. Let's take a comparison between iPhone 5 and Samsung Galaxy S3.
Size and screen
display of iPhone 5

iPhone 5 features a 4-inch screen with a resolution of 1136 x 640 pixels and the same 326 ppi Retina display as before. Any manufacturers can make larger phones, but keeping them thinner and lighter will be an issue! Apple has achieved it!

How about Galaxy S3? S3 uses a 4.8-inch Super AMOLED HD display with a 1280 x 720 pixel resolution and features a 302 PPI (Pixel Per Inch) density.

iPhone 5 is designed all in a beautiful aluminum body and made with an unprecedented level of precision. If you want a more compact (slim and pocketable) design, iPhone 5 meets your needs.

Most feelings from the screens of both flagships could be similar. Which one to choose maybe depend on consumers’ preference on size and     design.

CPU and related hardware

With the all-new A6 chip, as announced, iPhone 5 will offer speed of up to twice as fast compared with the A5 chip, whatever you do. And users can get faster graphics performance than before. But what is important is that it requires less power.

Samsung Galaxy S3 features the Exynos 4412 Quad SoC from Samsung, 1.4 quad-core A9 processor and a Mali 400MP GPU, for its international version. The U.S. version of the Samsung Galaxy S3 (an LTE capable version) is based on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon S4 SoC with a 1.5GHz dual-core Krait CPU and an Adreno 220 GPU.

S3 has been in the market for months. How fast it runs is fact for all. We still have to wait for and look forward to the amazing speed from iPhone 5 by the end of this month. But so far it is hard to say any “final” words.

OS

We should keep in mind that at the core of every iPhone and iPad is iOS. It includes all the built-in apps you use every day and all the intuitive technology — like Multi-Touch and Siri. And Apple says iOS 6 is the world’s most advanced mobile operating system. Indeed we can’t ignore and neglect the effects from every updates of iOS. Then Siri starts the voice-controlling trend and now it updates much.

The Samsung Galaxy S3 is currently officially using Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, and is expected to get Android 4.1 Jelly Bean at some point in October. Obviously the Android is absolutely great rival for iOS. It also offers millions of apps at Google Play. Any apps iTunes has will exist similarly in Android devices. Of course, S3 owns the feature of Smart Actions, too. The S Voice feature also helps users a lot and is unique enough.
Other improvements

Apple fans are glad to see that iPhone 5 has support for 4G LTE and dual-band Wi-Fi as expected. However the US version of Galaxy S3 has the same thing. What we can wait in hope is that the new A6 can assist iPhone 5 to beat S3 down.

In addition, iPhone 5 still offer users an 8-megapixel camera and 1080p HD video recording but with three microphones now, improved speakers and smaller dock connector. Comparing with Galaxy S3, these improvements of iPhone 5 seems pretty much normal. Another thing to mention is that the camera from Nokia Lumia 920 is more amazing. Besides, S3 supports NFC. Both phones can’t play Flash on themselves.
That’s all! All about iPhone 5 are improvements of iPhone 4S and are all out-innovated for Samsung!
In all, the "final verdict" is too early for this comparison. What we know is that they will survive together. Only if some day Apple could play DVD on iPhone, that would be great and end-all breakout!

What Is Big Bang?

Today i got really an interesting topic for discussion  i.e Big Bang. I know you all are familiar with this word, but i bet most of of you still have doubt that what exactly Big Bang is??
So guys you're here at the right place for clearing your all doubts. Let's start.
The Big Bang theory is the prevailing cosmological model that describes the early development of the Universe. According to the theory, the Big Bang occurred approximately 13.75 billion years ago, after which time the Universe was in an extremely hot and dense state and began expanding rapidly. After the initial expansion, the Universe cooled sufficiently to allow energy to be converted into various subatomic particles, including protons, neutrons, and electrons. Though simple atomic nuclei could have formed quickly, thousands of years would have been needed before the appearance of the first electrically neutral atoms. The first element produced would have been hydrogen, along with traces of helium and lithium. Giant clouds of these primordial elements would later coalesce through gravity to form stars and galaxies, and the heavier elements would be synthesized either within stars or during supernovae.
The Big Bang is a well developed scientific theory and is widely accepted within the scientific community. It offers a comprehensive explanation for a broad range of observed phenomena, including the abundance of light elements, the cosmic microwave background, large scale structure, and the Hubble diagram for Type Ia supernovae. The core ideas of the Big Bang—the expansion, the early hot state, the formation of helium, and the formation of galaxies—are derived from these and other observations. As the distance between galaxy clusters is increasing today, it is inferred that everything was closer together in the past. This idea has been considered in detail back in time to extreme densities and temperatures, and large particle accelerators have been built to experiment in such conditions, resulting in further development of the model. On the other hand, these accelerators have limited capabilities to probe into such high energy regimes. There is little evidence regarding the absolute earliest instant of the expansion. Thus, the Big Bang theory cannot and does not provide any explanation for such an initial condition; rather, it describes and explains the general evolution of the universe going forward from that point on.Big Bang
Georges Lemaître first proposed what would become the Big Bang theory in what he called his "hypothesis of the primeval atom." Over time, scientists would build on his initial ideas to form the modern synthesis. The framework for the Big Bang model relies on Albert Einstein's general relativity and on simplifying assumptions such as homogeneity and isotropy of space. The governing equations had been formulated by Alexander Friedmann. In 1929, Edwin Hubble discovered that the distances to far away galaxies were generally proportional to their redshifts—an idea originally suggested by Lemaître in 1927. Hubble's observation was taken to indicate that all very distant galaxies and clusters have an apparent velocity directly away from our vantage point: the farther away, the higher the apparent velocity.[10]
While the scientific community was once divided between supporters of the Big Bang and those of the Steady State theory, most scientists became convinced that some version of the Big Bang scenario best fit observations after the discovery of the cosmic microwave background radiation in 1964, and especially when its spectrum (i.e., the amount of radiation measured at each wavelength) was found to match that of thermal radiation from a black body. Since then, astrophysicists have incorporated a wide range of observational and theoretical additions into the Big Bang model, and its parametrization as the Lambda-CDM model serves as the framework for current investigations of theoretical cosmology.

How To Increase Brain Power

Life is nothing but a series of challenges, one does not necessarily have to be Albert Einstein or Stephen Hawking to use his brain. The higher center of the nervous system, the brain takes control of the sensation and motor function of the body. And most important of all, the human brain practices Brain Power or cognition. Recognition, conception, sensing, thinking, reasoning, remembering and imagining are few of the many aspects that comprise of the brain power. However, a human being uses only 2% of the total mental resources. This can be easily increased by following certain techniques regularly. They not only increase brain power, but also keep the mental faculties in good shape. Given here are some tips that would effectively help in boosting your brain power.

Here are some few tips To Increase Brain Power

Sit Straight
Our posture greatly affects our thinking process. Try solving mental mathematics while slouching and looking at the floor with your mouth wide open. Then sit up straight and solve the same math problem with your mouth shut and looking forward or slightly upwards. You will notice the difference in thinking while trying these two positions. The latter position would definitely help you to think easily and comfortably.

Breathe Deeply
The more air you breathe in, the more oxygen you would be supplying to your blood and brain, in particular. Breathe through your nose and you will notice, for yourself, more air traveling to your lungs. Deep breaths also enhance relaxation, which is important for clearer thinking.

Utilize Dead Time
Time that is wasted or under-utilized is termed as dead time. You are simply wasting your time, while you indulge in driving, spending time in waiting rooms or even raking your yard. Instead of simply killing your time in unnecessary and useless activities, get up and walk up to the public library. You can either read books or listen to books-on-tape. Imagine what you could have learned if you had not spend 200 hours a year on watching soaps and serials? Isn’t it better to grab some knowledge through various sources rather than staying idle?

Start Writing
There are numerous benefits of writing, especially for your Brain. Once you have jotted down your thoughts, it becomes easy for you to recall them in the future, whenever required. Writing is the best way to exercise your creativity and analytical abilities. Inculcate the habit of writing diaries, idea-journals, poetry, note-taking and story-writing to boost your Brain Power.

Sleep Better
Get a sleep of about eight hours and notice the difference in your quality of work. The longer you sleep, the more recharged your brain will be, thereby delivering better work. Additionally, short naps in the afternoon do wonders in refreshing your brain and mind. However, sleeping does not mean you doze off for 15 hours only to wake up and have some food and then doze off again. Excess of sleep is also harmful.

Exercise
Your physical health is directly proportional to the efficient working of your brain. The healthier you are, the more effective will be your brain power. Researches indicate that a 10-minute aerobic workout instantly improves brain power. Thus, the next time you need an instant brain power boost up, simply walk up and down the stairs a few times.

Avoid Allergic Foods
Foods, like wheat, corn, sugar, peanuts and dairy products may cause subtle allergies. In case you have a problem with any of these foods, stay away from them. They cause digestive problems and brain fog in people. Also, avoid consuming pasta, sugar, white bread and potato chips before any important mental tasks.

Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Touch Review

Lenovo launches their another laptop named Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Touch. This Laptop include many new features in it. Lenovo takes its solid 14-inch ThinkPad X1 Carbon and upgrades it with Windows 8 and a touch screen, while keeping the excellent keyboard. But a little bad in it is that the touch screen makes the lid thicker, and the touch pad can be finicky at times.
The business-oriented Lenovo ThinkPad X1 adds must-have features for 2013, and remains a very impressive business-oriented ultrabook with strong crossover appeal.

In August 2012, we reviewed the first version of Lenovo's X1 Carbon, itself a 14-inch update to the previous 13-inch ThinkPad X1. It was a premium product, very lightweight for a 14-inch laptop, with a carbon fiber body and Lenovo's typically excellent keyboard design.
But, coming just a couple of months before Windows 8, it quickly felt dated thanks to a flood of thin, powerful, Windows 8 systems with touch screens -- a setup that has already become the default for nearly every new laptop.
Fortunately, Lenovo has now updated the X1 Carbon to Microsoft's new OS, and also added a touch screen -- something that Windows 8 practically requires for efficient navigation. The new screen adds a bit of thickness to the lid, but the system is otherwise very similar to the version reviewed last year, and much of this review is likewise similar to that first X1 Carbon.
Here is the screensjot of the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Touch.

The internal components are standard, with a third-gen Intel Core i5 CPU, integrated Intel HD 4000 graphics, and a 128GB solid-state drive (SSD). That's a common enough loadout, and available in some very affordable laptops. But no one would describe the X1 Carbon as affordable. The new touch version starts at $1,499, which is $100 more than the non-touch version.
Of course, you get a lot of extra features that may help justify the higher price, including a suite of Lenovo-branded security and support apps, IT-department-friendly features like Intel's vPro technology, and one of the best laptop keyboards ever designed.
It's still expensive, especially compared with much of the ultra-book competition, and has a handful of quirks, but if you need those business-friendly features, or just superior construction and a great typing experience, it's worth the investment.
Here is a small description:
Price as reviewed $1,499
Processor Intel Core i5-3427U
Memory 4GB, 1333MHz DDR3
Hard drive 128GB SSD
Chipset Intel HM77
Graphics Intel HD4000
Operating System Windows 8 (64-bit)
Dimensions (WD) 13.0 x 8.9 inches
Height 0.74 inches
Screen size (diagonal) 14.0 inches
System weight / Weight with AC adapter 3.3/4.2 pounds
